Safety

At Emagispace, we have partnered with Victory and Hawk, who have leveraged their modular construction experience to ensure all of our products are constructed using the safest and most reliable products in the industry. All of our MDF is sourced locally from one of the largest suppliers of compliant MDF in North America.

Emagispace Inq. headquarters is located in Colorado Springs, CO and all of our MDF products have TSCA Title VI and CARB Phase 2 Compliant for formaldehyde, meaning that any composite wood products (MDF, veneer, etc.) used in the manufacturing of Emagiblocks, Privacy Pods, and Focus Rooms have undergone extensive product-testing requirements, labeling, record-keeping, and import certifications, to ensure full compliance with stringent emission standards for formaldehyde established by the EPA, OSHA, and CARB.

These certificates are for the MDF we use to build our Emgiblock products:

EPA TSCA Title VI (40 CFR 770), ANSI A208.2 and California Air Resources Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measures (ATCM) 93120

CPA 4-11 Eco-Certified Composites (ECC) Sustainability Standard and California Air Resources Board (CARB) Airborne Toxic Control Measure (ATCM) 93120

ECO-Attributes: Carbon Footprint, Locally Sourced, Recycled, Recovered or Post Consumer Fiber Content, Sustainable use of Wood Fiber and Responsible Wood Sourcing

Emagispace would caution anyone who is purchasing stand-alone privacy solutions at a deeply discounted rate to make sure they are purchasing compliant and regulated MDF products.
